JD.com is seeking an HR Business Partner for Brazil based in São Paulo to serve as a strategic HR partner for JD's Brazil business team, delivering talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance solutions aligned with local laws (CLT). You will work closely with local leadership to understand business needs and implement people strategies.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is preferred; knowledge of Brazilian Labor Law and cross-border experience are valued.

As the HRBP in Brazil, you will serve as the strategic HR partner for JD's Brazil business team, deeply understanding business needs and providing comprehensive HR solutions for Brazilian operations, covering talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance management.
