JD.com is seeking an HR Business Partner for Brazil based in São Paulo to serve as a strategic HR partner for JD's Brazil business team, delivering talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance solutions aligned with local laws (CLT). You will work closely with local leadership to understand business needs and implement people strategies.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is preferred; knowledge of Brazilian Labor Law and cross-border experience are valued.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience; background in cross-border e-commerce, retail, supply chain, or internet industry is preferred.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate a global corporate structure.
• Familiar with Brazilian labor laws and the Latin American market; strong business acumen.
• Core competencies include performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of CLT, FGTS, INSS, 13th-month salary provisions, NR regulations, and Lei 13.467/2017; union negotiations a plus.

Position Overview

As the HRBP in Brazil, you will serve as the strategic HR partner for JD's Brazil business team, deeply understanding business needs and providing comprehensive HR solutions for Brazilian operations, covering talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance management. Location: São Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership:Partner with business leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support to enhance organizational performance.
• Talent Management:Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Recruitment Strategy:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet JD's staffing needs across business lines in Brazil.
• Employee Relations:Manage employee relations, ensure a positive work environment, and address performance or behavioral issues in compliance with Brazilian labor law (CLT).
• Change Management:Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD's global vision.
• Compliance & Benefits:Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring full compliance with Brazilian Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), including severance regulations (FGTS), vacation and 13th-month salary provisions, occupational health and safety standards (NR regulations), and applicable federal labor regulations.
• Data-Driven Insights:Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve HR programs and processes.
• Culture Building:Promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to strengthen JD's work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience:Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience; background in cross-border e-commerce, retail, supply chain, or internet industry is preferred.
• Communication:Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing; proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate a global corporate structure.
• Industry Knowledge:Familiar with the talent landscape and operational characteristics of the Brazilian and Latin American market, with strong business acumen.
• Core Competencies:Solid experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Stakeholder Management:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Legal Expertise:Familiarity with Brazilian labor laws, including CLT, FGTS, INSS social security regulations, 13th-month salary (décimo terceiro) provisions, workplace health and safety norms (NR), and the Brazilian Labor Reform (Lei 13.467/2017). Knowledge of Brazilian union negotiations (acordos coletivos) is a plus.
