Lenovo seeks a Global HRBP to lead HR operations in Brazil from São Paulo, interfacing with global HR strategy while ensuring local legal compliance and cultural alignment.

You will drive 3PL workforce management, vendor negotiations, and employee relations, delivering data-driven insights to support growth across the region.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
• Vendor management and contract negotiations experience.
• Deep understanding of Brazilian labor law, payroll practices, and regulatory environment.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Portuguese for global coordination.

• Oversee 3PL workforce deployment across warehouse and logistics operations and manage staffing with labor vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws, payroll regulations, and safety requirements; lead RFQ benchmarking and multi-vendor strategy.
• Handle employee relations matters in line with Brazilian regulations and foster an inclusive multicultural workplace.
• Maintain and report key HR metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring gaps, compliance) and provide insights to leadership.

We are looking for a Global HRBP to lead our HR operations in Brazil. This role will be responsible for managing 3PL labor vendor relationships, ensuring full compliance with Brazilian labor laws, driving local employee relations, and delivering data-driven HR insights to support our business growth in the region.

This is a standalone, high-impact role where you will act as the bridge between our local workforce and our global HR strategy, with a strong focus on operational excellence and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3PL Workforce Management

• Oversee local workforce deployment across warehouse and logistics operations (including Supervisor, Operator, and other roles); manage hiring cadence with labor vendors to ensure on-time staffing and operational continuity.

2. Labor Law & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor laws, including but not limited to CLT, collective bargaining agreements, payroll regulations, and occupational health & safety requirements. Mitigate compliance risks through proactive monitoring and auditing.
• Evaluate and onboard alternative labor vendors; lead RFQ benchmarking and contract negotiations. Build a multi-vendor strategy to ensure service continuity and cost efficiency.

4. Local Employee Relations

• Handle employee relations matters including attendance, disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations in accordance with Brazilian labor regulations. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture across multicultural teams.

5. HR Data & Reporting

• Maintain and report on key HR metrics (headcount, attrition rate, hiring gaps, compliance status). Provide weekly reports to business leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience : 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors.
• Vendor Management : Proven experience managing labor outsourcing and vendor contract negotiations.
• Local Expertise : Deep understanding of Brazilian labor law, payroll practices, and regulatory environment.
• Language Skills : Must be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Portuguese – you will work closely with global stakeholders and Chinese expatriate teams, as well as local Brazilian workforce.
• Location : Based in São Paulo, with occasional travel to other Brazil sites as required.
• Nationality : Brazilian candidates are strongly preferred.
