About the Role

As HR Business Partner, you’ll manage day-to-day HR operations and play a key role in aligning HR practices with local labour regulations and business goals. You’ll work across departments to support a smooth employee experience, ensuring legal compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and offboarding for full-time employees
Ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor laws and regulatory standards
Coordinate payroll processing and handle statutory and tax submissions
Maintain HR documentation and submit compliance reports
Advise on employment law and internal policy development
Support leadership on HR strategies and people operations
Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
3+ years of senior HR experience, preferably in tech, gaming, or service industries
Deep knowledge of Brazilian labour law and compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote-first setting
Fluent in Portuguese; intermediate to advanced English required
Own laptop required
Must be based in Brazil
Hybrid (Primarily remote with occasional in-person engagements)
