Job summary

PERSOL in Brazil’s Região Norte seeks an experienced training specialist to deliver engaging sessions both virtually and on-site, and to build practical curricula for construction-related learning outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years in a construction-related environment, WSQ ACLP/ACTA or equivalent qualifications preferred, and strong planning skills to manage documentation, schedules and training logistics. Safety and compliance are essential.

Brief Summary

• Deliver engaging training sessions that build practical capability and confidence in a structured learning environment.

• Be part of a team focused on high training quality, strong assessment outcomes, and well-managed training operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured training sessions through virtual platforms (e.g., video conferencing) and in-person practical hands-on activities

• Maintain accurate training and assessment records, ensuring readiness for audits and compliance checks

• Design, develop, and refresh training curricula and materials to meet learning outcomes and operational needs

• Ensure training areas are kept safe, organised, and fit-for-purpose (classrooms, workshop areas, test bays, office/store areas)

• Manage training resources and inventory (equipment, tools, materials, consumables), including stock control and serviceability checks

• Track assessment outcomes and implement improvements to support strong participant performance and overall pass rates

• Support operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required by the Training Manager

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., WSQ ACLP / WSQ ACTA or equivalent Adult Education qualification) is an advantage

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in a construction-related environment

• Possess a SEC(K) certificate issued by BCA

• Comfortable delivering training in both virtual and on-site formats, including practical demonstrations

• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage documentation, schedules, and training logistics

• Able to maintain a safe, orderly, and compliant learning environment and handle training equipment responsibly
