The Role

As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and compliance with labor laws and internal policies, among others.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Full cycle recruitment:

• Job Posting & Sourcing Support
• Screening & selection
• Interview Coordination
• Candidate Management & Tracking
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Follow up on pending actions like assessments, documentation, and feedback
• Reference & Background Checks

Onboarding Preparation

• Work with HR and Support to prepare onboarding sessions
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring and documentation procedures
• Schedule orientations and ensure new employees have access to systems and tools

HR Support & Admin

• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and reports
• Handle offboarding logistics, including exit interviews and clearance documents
• Update Zoho People with employee data changes
• Generate reports on headcount, leave balances, or employee turnover
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all HR and Recruitment systems
• Employee Relations & Communication
• Training & Development Support

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Support recruitment process improvements and documentation
• Generate regular recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or administrative HR roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Zoho experience and advantage, and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple hiring pipelines (technical, operations, field roles)
• Willing to work on EST
• While this role is fully remote, we will be prioritizing candidates located in the LATAM region

• Exposure to construction, engineering, or technology industries
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments or sites
• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho, or similar platforms
