Zero Spot Laundry Service Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Administrator to oversee payroll, recruitment, compliance, and employee services. The role covers work pass applications, renewals, and liaising with MOM, as well as handling employee inquiries.

The candidate should have a Diploma in HRM or related discipline, with at least 3 years of HR experience and payroll expertise. Knowledge of Timesoft and local labor laws is advantageous.

Qualificações

• Diploma in HRM or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on payroll experience.
• Knowledge of local employment laws (e.g., Employment Act, CPF/ equivalents).
• Proficiency with Timesoft is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate payroll administration.
• Handle recruitment processes and support hiring activities.
• Provide HR service delivery and support to stakeholders.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations; liaise with MOM/dormitory authorities as needed.
• Address employee inquiries and promote HR policies and processes.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local labor regulations.

About the role

This role involves HR administration and support across payroll, recruitment, compliance, and employee services.

Key responsibilities

• Processing of monthly Payroll
• Handle recruitment processes
• Ensure HR service delivery & support to relevant stakeholders
• Work pass applications, renewal and cancellations
• Attend to issues pertaining to foreign workers
• Handle employee welfare matters
• Promote HR policies and processes
• Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local labor legislation and regulations
• Assist in Dormitory management and liaise with MOM
• Attend to employee enquiries

About you

• Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
• Hands-on payroll experiences
• Proficiency in Timesoft will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of local employment laws, e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act, etc
• High level of integrity and responsibility
• Positive working attitude and team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
