Your Purpose

The Information Security Compliance Specialist is responsible and accountable for regional Nvio’s Information Security Strategic Program. This role leads the identification, implementation, and maintenance of controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all Nvio Brasil information assets, while complying with local regulatory and legal frameworks. The role functions as a security specialist and regional CISO.

Information Security Program Manager

Who You Are

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or Information Security roles.
• You are proficient in information security frameworks and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001).
• You have professional knowledge of Brazilian regulations such as BCB 85 and CMN No. 4.893, and expertise in their interpretation and implementation.
• You have hands-on experience with SISBACEN and other Central Bank platforms.
• You understand Crisis Management and can lead exercises and simulations.
• You hold a CISM, CISA, or equivalent certification focused on information security management.
• You possess strong communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
• You have strong project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
• You demonstrate leadership and relationship-building skills, capable of guiding teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
• You are agile, eager to learn, and stay updated on industry trends.
• You are proficient in English, capable of presenting and creating deliverables in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• You are passionate about information security, teamwork, and empowering organizations to protect themselves.

What You Will Do

• Define and implement the NVIO Information Security Strategic Program in Brazil, securing necessary resources.
• Develop, implement, and maintain regional security policies and procedures.
• Identify, manage, and report information security risks.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Implement and maintain security controls for regional risk management.
• Support audit exercises and activities related to security governance and compliance.
