The HR Analyst for DX Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible as a LATAM HR professional, your responsibilities include managing tickets for the Americas ensuring SLA adherence, guiding associates on HR inquiries, maintaining documentation in Workday, updating HR policies, and collaborating with HRBP to trouble shoot and complete actions in Workday. You will handle the America's hiring, job changes and terminations.

This position is part of the HR Operations team located in Brazil to support DX and will be an onsite role. Beckman Coulter's mission is to Relentlessly Reimagine Healthcare, One Diagnosis at a Time.

You will be a part of the DX HR Operations team and report to the Athena Garcia, HR Services Manager responsible for support HR for Americas region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Process and manage tickets (Case Management System) for the Americas, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Act as first line of support for all inquiries from associates and managers regarding programs, policies, and procedures

• Maintain accurate associate data in Workday including, but not limited to, new hire information, termination details of associates, updating organizational structure changes, job titles, salary increases, and other personnel-related data

• Manage temporary worker process for client groups, onboard new temporary workers, and convert and/or extend workers as applicable

• Ensure all processes are executed in accordance with government regulations (application of Federal, state and local labor laws)

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related administrative field.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory. Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese. Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.

• Good understanding of Brazil labor legislation.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks within a dynamic environment.

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the business
