• Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft programs.
• Facilitate governance, coordination, and legal compliance actions.
• Lead rhythm-of-business calls with Microsoft related to Partner Center.
• Manage Microsoft Investment, Influence, and Incentive programs.
• Support sales efforts by leveraging Microsoft programs and advising on incentive structures.
• Deliver a high-quality experience for clients and Microsoft.
• Coordinate escalations with Microsoft.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process refinements.
• Improve and document processes.
• Support all aspects of Avanade Alliances Operations.
• Collaborate with global teams and influence strategic outcomes as part of the Global alliance team.
