Our IT department seeks a motivated Global IT Support Specialist capable of prioritizing tasks, learning new technologies, and adapting quickly.

Your role includes:

  • Participating in global IT projects as part of the international team.
  • Providing Tier 1-2 support for end users locally and remotely.
  • Managing service desk tickets.
  • Maintaining IT assets inventory.
  • Installing, administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshooting network issues.
  • Contributing to the corporate IT wiki and documentation.
  • Working in scheduled shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications for success:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience with Windows 11 and strong knowledge of Windows environments (Active Directory, GPOs, SCCM/MDT, Windows updates).
  • Understanding of computer hardware and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, network components, wireless, and VPN environments.
  • Experience with documentation, knowledge bases, and monitoring tools.

Additional skills that are a plus:

  • Knowledge of MacOS and JAMF management.
  • Experience with cloud solutions such as Office365 and Azure.
