- Listening to employees about remuneration policies;
- Monitoring initial documentation for expatriates;
- Ensuring visa processes for employees and dependents;
- Assisting employees with documentation for residency in Brazil;
- Monitoring the remuneration and admissions of expatriates in the payroll system;
- Managing the housing process, including rental contracts and payments;
- Monitoring the inclusion of children in schools, ensuring payment of tuition;
- Clarifying doubts about expatriation processes and legislation;
- Reporting on monthly payments and income tax declarations of expatriates;
- Identifying competitive trends in benefits plans;
- Developing administrative procedures for monitoring and cost reduction;
- Negotiating contracts and establishing partnerships with new suppliers;
- Monitoring payroll closure with BPO, including audits;
- Analyzing electronic timekeeping records with a focus on risks;
- Managing vacations for employees and leaders;
- Auditing termination processes;
- Managing personnel department projects for improvements;
- Preparing managerial reports for strategic decisions;
- Monitoring compliance with labor laws;
- Ensuring compliance with the labor contingency plan;
- Advising directors and managers on labor issues;
- Coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and process improvements.

- Fluent English;
- Advanced Excel (desirable);
