In this role, you should be an unconventional thinker willing to make bold decisions, continuously improve compensation programs based on feedback and industry research, and leverage data to inform decisions. Our People Operations team is dedicated to bringing the world's most innovative people to Google and providing programs that help them thrive, using a data-driven approach to human resources.
