Senior Account Manager - Belo Horizonte

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical sales initiatives within their region, channel, or state. This role involves expanding the customer base, strengthening market presence, prospecting new business, managing client relationships, and implementing strategies aligned with the company’s strategic plan.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and prospect new business opportunities by mapping the market for potential clients;
  2. Conduct strategic and periodic visits to prospects and clients to promote the company's products and services;
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals;
  4. Present products and services consultatively, ensuring client needs are understood and met;
  5. Create tailored commercial proposals, negotiate effectively, and close deals;
  6. Assist clients by providing detailed information on products and services to ensure satisfaction;
  7. Coordinate the implementation of projects and contracts, liaising with internal teams and external clients;
  8. Plan and execute region-specific sales strategies considering competition and targets;
  9. Monitor sales performance through analyzing indicators and initiating corrective actions;
  10. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality standards in product and service delivery;
  11. Manage sales targets and results, aligning with strategic planning;
  12. Address client complaints and feedback, documenting and resolving issues to strengthen relationships and foster loyalty.
Desired Experience:
  • Experience managing large accounts, preferably in B2B contexts.
Required Education:
  • Complete Higher Education degree.
Desirable Technical Skills:
  • Strategic vision and planning abilities;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Negotiation and contract closing skills;

  • Knowledge in sales management and market analysis;
