As a Full-Life Cycle (FLC) Recruiter, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. Your responsibilities include talent attraction strategies, setting benchmarks and metrics, and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer phase.

We need a talented FLC Recruiter to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. Amazon is one of the most recognizable brands globally, distributing millions of products annually to our loyal customers. The FLC Recruiter will work with peers, including Recruiting Coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search, placement, process improvement, and strategy development. They will foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture ensuring efficient, effective, high-quality service delivery to internal customers and meeting service level agreements.

The ideal candidate must be able to manage, prioritize, and close searches within deadlines, with experience in setting benchmarks, metrics, and prioritization to meet SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, are willing to work hard, have fun, and deliver results. Candidates should have knowledge of Talent Acquisition and business functions, strong relationship-building skills with leaders and HR partners, and be exceptional at candidate sourcing, organization, and communication. They should demonstrate a sense of urgency, the ability to prioritize, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Contribute to developing recruitment strategies aligned with Amazon's long-term growth, implement new processes, and develop SOPs.
  2. Recruit passive candidates and assess their skills against open roles.
  3. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive research and relationship management.
  4. Interview candidates within the position specifications, screen, and prepare a candidate slate within set timelines.
  5. Collaborate with Business, TA, and HR leaders to ensure quality assessment and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Lead or participate in cross-company talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
  7. Manage the offer phase process effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of corporate or search firm recruiting or research experience, or
  • 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.

Additional requirements:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and contact management systems.
  • Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
