As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics.

We need a talented Sourcing Recruiter to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. The Sourcing Recruiter will work with a team of peers including Recruiting Business Partners and Recruiting Coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement and strategy development. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.

The Ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. The best candidates will draw on knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and value providing amazing customer service.

This an in office role and will be based in our regional office location in São Paulo (Vila Olimpia), SP, Brazil.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Build and actively implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best technical talent.
  2. Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to business leaders in matters related to Software Development Engineer (SDE) by delivering results.
  3. Partner with business stakeholders.
  4. Conduct market research and use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies.
  5. Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience.
  6. Work on various projects focused on improving candidate generation best practices.
  7. Contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  8. Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate skill sets against open roles.
  9. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
  10. Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  11. Work closely with Business, TA and HR leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment and candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
  12. Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.

A successful Corporate Sourcing Recruiter in Brazil will excel in building a strong network of candidates, crafting effective recruitment strategies for non-technical roles, and collaborating with global teams to meet ambitious growth targets. They will enhance the company’s employer brand, adapt to market trends, and ensure a positive candidate experience, all while championing diversity and inclusivity. By actively promoting an inclusive culture and supporting diversity initiatives, they will contribute to a fair and equitable hiring process, continuously improving strategies based on data and feedback.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor’s Degree;
  2. Experience in Tech Recruiting
  3. Corporate and or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting;
  4. Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools;
  5. Experience using Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates;
  6. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  7. Fluent Portuguese
  8. Advanced English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer;
  2. Strong communication skills, organizational and client management skills;
  3. Passion for and proven success creating and implementing successful diversity strategies;
  4. Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process; Ability to build and develop strong sourcing strategies through the use of various recruiting channels/platforms;
  5. Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team;
