We're seeking a driven, tri-lingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese) Corporate Recruiter to join our global team! This position will lead full life cycle recruitment for a range of roles across the LATAM market (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru). As well as be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process—from job posting through to offer acceptance—while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across LATAM, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling/coordination interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruiting strategies that meet business goals and promote diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.
- Identify and implement effective sourcing methods across platforms and markets, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Provide consultative guidance on job descriptions – including drafting and posting job descriptions, salary benchmarks, interview structures, and candidate evaluation.
- Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Analyze and present recruiting metrics and market insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain and continuously build a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and future needs.
- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with applicable local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
- Stay current on regional talent trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field or 4 years of full-scale talent acquisition (attraction, selection and retention) experience.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a multi-country LATAM context
- Strong understanding of regional labor laws, hiring practices, and cultural nuances
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders and influence hiring decisions
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (UKG a plus) and recruitment analytics
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing talent
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management
- Fluency in Spanish, English and Portuguese is a must
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to resolve issues and promote best practice.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel when required (5-10%)
- Working on a computer for 8 hours a day
- The ability to support different time-zones when required, may include working a non-standard hour day
Salary Range: BR $85,000 - $105,000 + bonus potential
Please note, the pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, department budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
