Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Site Payments Associate II for the FSP team to provide administrative, reporting, contractual and financial support for payments to investigative sites. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with study contracts and country regulations.

As part of a global team, you will coordinate with CTMs, manage payment requests in Veeva Clinical, and ensure payment milestones are met. Fluency in English and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High/secondary diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technical certificate may be required for some roles.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in payments or clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end site payment management with accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate payment requests, track status, and manage invoice data.
• Collaborate with CTM on fee schedules using templates.
• Process payments based on study milestones (e.g., close-out).

As a FSP Site Payments Associate II you will provides administrative, reporting, contractual and financial support to the department related to the processing of payments to investigative sites. The role involves data compilation, issue/risk resolution, and ensuring adherence to contractual guidelines and country regulations.

What You'll Do:

• Accountable for end-to-end site payment management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Generate payment requests, track status, and manage invoice data in Veeva Clinical
• Collaborate with CTM on fee schedule setup, using standardized templates aligned to study-specific visits, procedures, and payment triggers
• Process payments based on key study milestones (e.g., site close-out or termination)

Education & Experience Requirements :

• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification / Bachelor's degree preferred
• Technical positions may require a certificate
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 1 years).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Excellent organizational and good communication and interpersonal skills. Affinity for numbers and cost figures.
• Accuracy and detail orientation in operation with data.
• Fluency in English.
• Working experience in Clinical Operations preferred.
• Professional Training in Business Administration or equivalent.
