Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, and iterate MVPs of AI-driven conversational agents. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in software product development, experience with high-scale B2B/B2C platforms, and Spanish proficiency; hybrid work model (50% on-site) in São Paulo is available.

Qualificações

4 to 6 years of experience designing and deploying software products.
Experience building high-scale B2B/B2C products or platforms used by a large volume of users or transactions.
Experience actively contributing to feature definition and/or working closely with Product teams in agile contexts.
Proven experience designing scalable solutions and making technical decisions that consider trade-offs between speed, maintainability, and scalability.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical stakeholders and clients.

Responsabilidades

Requirements

4 to 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer, actively involved in the design, development, and deployment of software products.
Experience building high-scale B2B/B2C products or platforms used by a large volume of users or transactions.
Experience actively contributing to feature definition and/or working closely with Product teams in agile contexts.
Proven experience designing scalable solutions and making technical decisions that consider trade-offs between speed, maintainability, and scalability.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical stakeholders and clients.
Ability to operate in ambiguous contexts, prioritize autonomously, and turn open-ended problems into concrete solutions.
Motivation to build AI-driven products.
Proficiency in Spanish (intermediate/advanced or fluent), with the ability to participate in meetings and communicate clearly with the team.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (50%), with on-site presence at our São Paulo office.
Preferred: experience developing products based on LLMs, conversational agents, or AI systems.
Preferred: experience participating in building products from early stages (0 to 1).
Preferred: experience conducting customer discovery sessions or participating in product discussions.
Preferred: experience in high-growth startups or technology companies with large-scale products.
Preferred: experience with distributed systems, APIs, cloud architectures, or high-availability platforms.
Preferred: experience working with agile methodologies and/or multidisciplinary teams.
