Jobtailor seeks a Product/AI-focused professional to help build PasseIA for Brazilian students. You will analyze usage data, define complete UX flows, and prototype with AI to shape product decisions.

You will lead a product squad, collaborate with developers and the Tech Lead, and write precise Jira specs with prototypes and business context, while communicating progress to leadership.

Qualificações

• Experience in digital product roles in multidisciplinary teams.
• Basic fluency with data: querying metrics and interpreting results.
• Ability to define complete UX flows including happy/unhappy paths and edge cases.
• Willingness to prototype with AI at high fidelity; HTML knowledge not required.
• Strong communication skills across levels.

Help build PasseIA, the educational AI for Brazilian students (Passei Direto)
Analyze product usage data, including adoption, conversion, and retention, to inform decisions
Define complete experience flows, including success paths, error handling, and exceptions
Create navigable HTML prototypes using AI tools such as Claude and Cursor
Write clear, well-structured specifications in Jira, accompanied by prototypes and business context
Lead a product squad, aligning the team around the problem, the solution, and the expected outcome
Collaborate with developers and the Tech Lead from the start of the solution, co-creating rather than working in a waterfall model
Communicate progress, risks, and results to leadership proactively and in a structured way

Requirements

• Experience in digital product roles as a PM, Designer, or technologist within multidisciplinary teams
• Basic fluency with data: querying metrics, interpreting results, and communicating findings clearly
• Ability to define complete UX flows covering the happy path, unhappy paths, and edge cases
• Willingness to prototype with AI at high fidelity; mastery of HTML is not required but a desire to learn is expected
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels
• Entrepreneurial experience, such as a personal project, participation in a junior company, a side project, or work at a small startup
• Experience building an end-to-end solution using AI
• Basic SQL skills or willingness to learn quickly
• Familiarity with design systems
