Jobtailor is seeking a senior AI solutions engineer to design, develop, and deploy generative AI systems across corporate environments. You will build apps with LLMs, intelligent agents, and multi-agent flows, integrating with APIs, knowledge bases and cloud services.

The role requires hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure Foundry, Copilot Studio and JavaScript/Python, delivering secure, scalable architectures while collaborating with security, data and business teams.

Qualificações

Bachelor's or higher in Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong software development background with backend, integrations and cloud apps.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms: Azure Foundry, Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and AI/ML services.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Experience in software engineering practices, version control, reviews, testing and agile teams.
Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLM fundamentals and evaluation metrics.
Experience designing RAG pipelines and multi-agent orchestration.
Knowledge of API design, system integration and security best practices.
Proven ability to work on complex problems and guide technical evolution.

Responsabilidades

Develop, evolve and maintain generative AI solutions from prototyping to deployment.
Design apps based on LLMs, intelligent agents, and multi-agent flows with APIs and knowledge bases.
Build AI agents that execute tasks, invoke tools, and automate business journeys.
Implement integrations with AWS Bedrock, Azure Foundry, Copilot Studio and other platforms.
Collaborate with architecture, security, data and business teams to ensure secure scalable tech.
Create components, connectors, automations and integrations across platforms.
Define approaches for LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vectors and agent orchestration.
Document decisions, patterns and best practices for responsible AI development.
Monitor production performance, costs and security; propose improvements.
Stay current with AI trends and ensure compliance with LGPD and internal policies.

• Develop, evolve and maintain generative AI solutions, from prototyping through deployment in corporate environments;
• Design and implement applications based on LLMs, intelligent agents, multi-agent flows, integrations with APIs, knowledge bases and cloud services;
• Develop AI agents capable of executing tasks, invoking tools, interacting with corporate systems, accessing knowledge bases and supporting intelligent automation journeys;
• Build solutions and extensions related to the AWS Bedrock ecosystem, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and other AI platforms used by the organization;
• Work alongside architecture, security, data and business areas to translate requirements into viable, secure and scalable technical solutions;
• Develop components, connectors, automations and integrations using platforms such as Microsoft Azure Foundry, Copilot Studio and AWS Bedrock;
• Define technical approaches for the use of LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector databases, agent orchestration and response evaluation;
• Implement agentic architecture patterns, including use of tools, memory, planning, task routing, context retrieval and fallback mechanisms;
• Document technical decisions, development patterns, integrations and best practices for responsible AI solution development;
• Monitor performance, quality, cost, security and behavior of AI solutions in production, proposing adjustments and continuous improvements;
• Stay up to date on AI trends and advances, evaluating their applicability to the Sistema Ailos context;
• Ensure projects comply with internal security and data privacy policies and applicable regulations such as the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

Requirements

Availability to work on-site/hybrid in Blumenau;
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
Solid experience in software development, preferably with background in backend, integrations, APIs, automation or cloud applications;
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft platforms: Azure Foundry, Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot;
Hands-on experience with AWS and its AI/ML services (Bedrock);
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, defining architecture, integrations, data flows and quality criteria;
Experience with software engineering practices, code versioning, technical reviews, testing, documentation and working in agile teams;
Strong knowledge of generative AI and LLM fundamentals: architecture, tokenization and leading models in the market (GPT, Claude, Llama, OpenAI models etc.);
Practical experience designing and developing RAG pipelines (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), including chunking strategies, semantic indexing, reranking and retrieval optimization;
Hands‑on experience designing, developing and orchestrating AI agents, including multi-agent flows, tool use, memory, planning, routing and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or AutoGen;
Knowledge of building agents integrated with APIs, knowledge bases, internal systems and cloud services, considering security, traceability, response quality and user experience;
Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques: few-shot, chain-of-thought, prompt chaining and structured outputs;
Experience evaluating and testing generative AI solutions: metrics for accuracy, relevance, faithfulness and evaluation frameworks;
Familiarity with vector databases;
Experience with Python development for prototyping, integrating LLM APIs, automating AI flows and building service-oriented applications;
Required knowledge of C# or Node.js/JavaScript for developing applications, APIs, integrations, connectors and components related to agent stacks and AI solutions;
Knowledge of API design, system integration, authentication, consuming external services and security best practices for corporate applications;
Ability to work technically on complex problems, guide implementation decisions and support the technical evolution of solutions within the team.
