A tech support company is seeking a Lead Verification Support Agent to engage with potential leads and ensure customer satisfaction. This remote role requires fluent German and English, alongside previous customer service experience. Qualificações

• C1 written and spoken proficiency in German and English is essential.
• Experience in Customer Service or Marketing is required.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills are necessary.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
• Own laptop with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet (≥50 Mbps down, ≥40 Mbps up).

What You Will Do:

• Contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest
• Forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer
• Accurately update and categorize leads in the system
• Securely work with customers' sensitive information
• Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
• Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
• Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
• Attentive to details
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
