Magna Executive Search, in partnership with a multinational company in the Jundiaí region, is hiring a Finance Manager Brazil to lead local finance, partner with the Country Manager, and drive accurate reporting and strong internal controls. Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in multinational companies.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian accounting, tax and statutory requirements.
• IFRS knowledge; experience with regional or group finance teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial data analysis.
• Experience with SAP and reporting tools.
• English/Portuguese proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness for domestic and international travel.
• On-site work in Jundiaí region.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a member of the Brazil Management Team, providing strategic and fact-based financial advice to the Country Manager and functional leaders.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing performance against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Provide financial modelling, business cases and scenario analysis to support commercial and operational decisions, including pricing, investments and CapEx.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual closings and financial reporting in compliance with Brazilian statutory requirements, accounting standards and Group policies.
• Oversee statutory financial statements, tax calculations and declarations, coordinating activities with internal specialists, auditors, tax advisers and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain effective internal controls, accounting practices and balance-sheet management, ensuring proper reconciliation, documentation, asset protection and compliance with corporate policies and approval authorities.
• Provide actionable analysis of sales, margins, price, operating expenses, profitability, working capital and operating results to support business performance and decision-making.
• Partner with Commercial and Operations teams on profitability, manufacturing costs, inventory, productivity, operational variances and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Oversee cash-flow planning, banking relationships, payments, credit exposure, receivables, collections, payables and inventory, driving improvements in working capital and cash conversion.
• Lead, develop and coach the local Finance team, establishing clear priorities, responsibilities, performance expectations and development plans.
• Drive continuous improvement of Finance processes, reporting, controls and data quality, promoting automation, efficiency and effective use and enhancement of ERP and other financial systems.
• Participate in Regional and Global projects, ensuring effective communication, business continuity and timely escalation of relevant financial and business matters.

FINANCE MANAGER BRAZIL

The Finance Manager Brazil leads the local Finance function and acts as the financial business partner to the Country Manager Brazil and the local management team. The position supports business decisions, translates financial performance into clear actions and ensures the integrity, accuracy and timely delivery of financial information. The role is responsible for local statutory, tax, accounting and internal‑control compliance, while operating in close coordination with the Company global finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage;
• Experience in Finance, Accounting and Controlling in multinational companies;
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment;
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian accounting, tax and statutory requirements, together with practical experience in management reporting and internal controls;
• Knowledge of IFRS and experience working with Regional or Group Finance teams are strongly preferred;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis;
• Strong practical experience with SAP, business‑intelligence and reporting tools is required;
• English/Portuguese proficiency required, Spanish is a plus;
• Availability for domestic and international business travel;
• Availability to work on‑site in the Jundiaí region.
