Hyphen Partners in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to own the local finance function in a hands-on role covering accounting, reporting, budgeting and cash flow management in an international environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong Brazil finance experience, be comfortable operating independently, and work with auditors, tax advisors and regional teams on financial reporting and Brazilian statutory compliance.

We're currently supporting an international company with their global expansion, and we’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the local finance function.

This is a hands-on role covering the full spectrum of finance, including:

• Full ownership of local accounting, reporting and financial operations
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Ensuring compliance with Brazilian accounting and statutory requirements
• Working closely with external auditors, tax advisors and local stakeholders
• Partnering with regional/global teams on financial reporting and business matters
• Supporting the continued build-out of the finance function as the business grows

We’re particularly interested in candidates with strong Brazil finance experience who are comfortable operating independently in an international environment.
