We are looking for an experienced professional in operations management within primary sector industries, with a collaborative profile and broad business vision — able to navigate confidently across technical, commercial, financial, and strategic dimensions — to join a lean, high-performance team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise the operational and financial performance of the portfolio, ensuring compliance with budgets and long-term plans through hands-on field operations oversight;
- Participate in the structuring and control of annual budgets and multi-year plans, ensuring optimization of investor returns;
- Prepare reports and analyses for investors, fund managers, and global leadership;
- Support investment evaluation and due diligence processes, providing technical and operational insights;
- Contribute to the establishment and strengthening of relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Forest Engineering or Agronomy. Other backgrounds in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance will also be considered;
- Experience across the full business chain in primary sector industries: planning, silviculture, harvesting, logistics, and commercialization;
- Background in financial analysis, management reporting, and budget oversight;
- Knowledge of ESG topics;
- Advanced English — mandatory (all reporting and communications with headquarters are conducted exclusively in English);
- Availability for frequent travel across Brazil;
- Based in Curitiba, PR.
