Promote support to key users and/or the end user;

Promote training to users and the team when necessary;

Provide support for IT and other applications;

Support IT infrastructure;

Assist with change management activities;

Handle installation, movement, delivery, change, and disposal of equipment;

Support activities based on Automotive IT principles, standards, processes, and tools;

Coordinate with third parties and suppliers for maintenance of IT assets and services;

Perform technical processes following global guidelines for system and equipment maintenance;

Adhere to Information Security policies;

Your profile

Completed technical education in Informatics or related fields, with intermediate English proficiency;
