Esta posição realiza serviços técnicos e suporte diário em sistemas de Raio-X Agfa (DRs, CRs e impressoras) para clientes finais e equipe interna. Com foco em sistemas DR. O Engenheiro de Campo deve reparar, corrigir, instalar/configurar, treinar o cliente e encaminhar problemas para suporte de 2º e 3º níveis. Auxiliar clientes internos e externos, como usuários, freelancers, colegas de todas as áreas, presencial ou remotamente, na resolução de problemas técnicos, identificando oportunidades de upselling de Serviços e Produtos Agfa e repassando essas oportunidades para a equipe de vendas, contribuindo para o crescimento dos negócios. O objetivo é consolidar uma equipe de serviço local sólida para melhorar a satisfação do cliente.

This position provides technical services and daily support on Agfa X-ray systems (DRs, CRs, and printers) for end customers and internal staff. Focus on DR systems.

The Field Engineer repairs, installs, configures, trains customers, and escalates issues to 2nd and 3rd level support when necessary. Assists internal and external customers, such as users, freelancers, colleagues from all business areas, in person or remotely, resolving technical issues, identifying upselling opportunities, and passing them to the sales team. The goal is to build a strong local service team to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Remote: Sao Paulo, Brazil

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support via phone, remote, and on-site to customers, Field Engineers, Sales, and Implementation Teams.
• Manage escalations and complaints to Tier 2, acting as a point of contact for higher support levels.
• Contribute to resolving escalated cases and support Regional Service Management, especially Critical Account Calls.
• Participate in and deliver product training, maintain expertise on target products and solutions.
• Use CRM software for call logging and tracking.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in a knowledge database (ASSM Knowledge Base).
• Support Regional Launch discussions on Service/Support readiness.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical training, contribute to knowledge articles and tips.
• Experience with hospital information systems is a plus.
• Must be available to travel.
• Develop expertise in networking and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

Who You Are:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or similar Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the hospital equipment sector (Imaging & Radiology).
