TRACTIAN is looking for a Field Analyst to serve as the company representative at customer sites, responsible for installing our hardware and software solutions and delivering on-site support.

You will train customers, troubleshoot, and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely installations while maintaining safety standards and documenting activities in HubSpot CRM.

What you'll do

As a Field Analyst, you will be the company's representative at customer sites, responsible for installing our products and providing on-site support. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and customer service skills to ensure successful installations, ongoing maintenance, and effective troubleshooting of our solutions, while building positive customer relationships and ensuring technical reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and configuration of our software and hardware solutions;
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of the installed products;
• Provide on-site technical support and perform troubleshooting when needed;
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials;
• Document installation processes and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM;
• Revisit customer sites for routine maintenance inspections and follow-ups;
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company installation standards.

Requirements

• Solid experience with on-site installations and in-person technical support in technology-driven environments;
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to our products;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage on-site responsibilities;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for training customers;
• Proficiency in technical documentation and CRM software.
