Uma empresa líder em automação e maquinário, Sidel, está em busca de um técnico experiente para instalação e suporte de equipamentos. O candidato ideal terá experiência mínima de 3 anos e conhecimento sólido em automação, além de estar disposto a viajar até 90%. A capacidade de se comunicar em espanhol e inglês é necessária.
Perform installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing of Sidel equipment supplied to customer sites, with a focus on automation. Provide technical assistance during and after the warranty period, including training and other after-sales services for Sidel equipment installed at customer sites. Develop a good understanding of customer needs to offer objective advice and ensure customer satisfaction.
Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
Operate automation systems, HMI, and electrical plant for routine activities and troubleshooting according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
Submit regular work time and technical reports related to activities performed.
Ensure maximum internal and external customer satisfaction.
Perform activities in accordance with SOPs, Sidel coordination plans, and customer rules.
Report any after-sales opportunities identified on customer sites.
Coach junior colleagues on on-site behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting, and reporting deliverables.
Report to the ISM regarding team site activities.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in field activities.
Experience in the beverage industry preferred.
Solid technical background in automation and electrical systems (Tia Portal, Step7, Rockwell Automation, B&R).
Knowledge of Sidel portfolio is a plus.
Understanding of process machinery upstream of Sidel equipment.
Knowledge of microbiological principles, hygienic and environmental standards and guidelines.
Willingness to travel up to 90% in an international environment.
Open to candidates with or without beverage industry experience; focus on potential, soft skills, and behaviors is more important than experience.
Languages: Spanish and English at least intermediate level.
