Qualificações

• Strong mechanical knowledge with basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and PPE procedures.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair and operation of facility, utility and production support systems within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

The role will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, wastewater treatment operations, contractor coordination and ensuring facility equipment operates reliably with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities for facility and utility systems, including:

  • Wastewater Treatment Plant

  • Scrubber Systems

  • DI Water System

  • Dust Collector

  • Air Compressor

  • Production Equipment

• Supervise and coordinate technicians and contractors for maintenance, repair and installation works.

• Attend to equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting and fault-finding, and provide hands-on technical support when required.

• Ensure facilities and equipment remain in good working condition with minimum operational downtime.

• Review and improve maintenance SOPs, procedures and risk assessments.

• Ensure designated equipment, inspections and calibration activities are completed on schedule.

• Monitor wastewater treatment operations and ensure treated wastewater complies with applicable discharge requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and records relating to wastewater and DI water systems.

• Manage spare parts and critical spare parts inventory.

• Coordinate contractors to ensure maintenance and installation works are completed safely, on time and with minimal disruption to operations.

• Support and participate in EHS initiatives and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance standards are maintained within the facility and cleanroom environment.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on facilities maintenance and repair experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operation/maintenance.

• Strong mechanical knowledge with basic electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Good troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities.

• Prior supervisory experience in facilities, utilities or manufacturing environments is preferred.

• Experience in the semiconductor, chemical, precision engineering or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following cleanroom procedures and PPE requirements.

• Willing to work overtime, standby, on-call duties, weekends or public holidays when required.

• Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong attention to detail, planning and time-management abilities.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
