CERTIS GROUP - GHR is seeking a Facilities Manager to develop and oversee FM operations and maintenance processes. You will supervise the IFM team and external contractors, monitor KPI performance, and ensure regulatory compliance for building services and equipment.

The role also covers event management within NS Hub, coordinating with IOC, Security, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions before and after events.

Qualificações

• Degree / Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services.
• 1-3 years of relevant facility management experience.
• Knowledge in event management, inventory and procurement is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to relate to different levels of people.
• Basic knowledge of Asset Management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and propose all FM operations and maintenance related SOPs and work processes.
• Supervise FM services performed by the Contractor IFM Team and external contractors.
• Monitor and report to Authority on the status and performance on meeting the KPIs by the Contractor IFM team.
• Update Procurement progress and status of the VO.
• Be conversant with regulatory requirements regarding building services, mechanical machinery, licences, and permit to operate.
• Participate in internal meetings and brief on status under your responsibilities.
• Assist in matters pertaining to Building Administrative, store and equipment.
• Facilitate and coordinate events within NS Hub.
• Ensure proper handling before events and post-event handover to rectify defects by event organiser or IFM.
• Coordinate events with IOC, Security, IFM and other parties and disseminate information clearly.

Facilities Management

Monitor and report to Authority on the status and performance on meeting the Key Performance Index by the Contractor IFM team.

Update Procurement progress and status of the VO.

To participate in Internal Meeting and brief on status under your responsibilities.

Event Management

To facilitate and coordinate events within NS Hub.

To ensure proper handling before event and taking over after event to ensure no defects and any defects is rectified by event organiser or IFM.

Ensure all events coordination with IOC, Security, IFM and other parties is well coordinated, proper dissemination of information

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant facility management, knowledge in event management, inventory and procurement is an advantage

• Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levelsofpeople.
