AB Volvo Curitiba seeks an Export Analyst to manage export operations, ensuring customs compliance and on-time delivery across markets. You will serve as the main liaison among Market Companies, logistics partners, and internal teams, driving process improvements and cost control.

The role requires experience in export/import operations, strong knowledge of regulations, and excellent collaboration with brokers, forwarders, and customers. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Administration, International Relations, Logistics, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in Export and/or Import Operations.
• Knowledge of international logistics and customs processes.
• Experience working with customers, Market Companies, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage export operations for assigned markets, prioritization, documentation compliance, and shipment execution.
• Coordinate complete vehicle export processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer demands.
• Plan and monitor international shipments, managing bookings, timelines, and delivery performance.
• Support the commercial area, Market Companies, customers, customs brokers and logistics providers.
• Act as the key user for Export Trade systems, coordinating tests and driving improvements.
• Support compliance activities, audits, and monitor export-related expenses and budgeting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Position Purpose:

Manage and coordinate export operations for finished products, ensuring compliance with customs requirements, efficient logistics and on-time delivery commitments to the assigned markets. Act as the main point of contact between Market Companies, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, helping to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the Export processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage export operations for assigned markets, prioritization, documentation compliance, and shipment execution.
• Coordinate complete vehicle export processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer demands.
• Plan and monitor international shipments, managing bookings, logistics timelines, and delivery performance.
• Support the commercial area, Market Companies, customers, customs brokers and logistics providers to ensure efficient operations.
• Act as the key user and specialist for Export Trade systems, supporting users, coordinating system tests, and driving process and system improvements.
• Support compliance activities, internal and external audits.
• Monitor export-related expenses and support budgeting and cost control activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Import & Export Systems and Tools.
• Knowledge of truck and bus business operations is a plus.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Administration, International Relations, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• Experience in Export and/or Import Operations.
• Knowledge of international logistics and customs processes.
• Experience working with customers, Market Companies, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with vehicle operations, is considered an advantage.

Languages

• Advanced English.
• Advanced Spanish.
