Volvo Trucks Brazil is seeking an experienced Export Operations Manager to lead and coordinate finished vehicle exports. You will ensure regulatory compliance, timely deliveries, and seamless collaboration with Market Companies, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

You will act as the system expert for export trade platforms, monitor shipments, manage bookings and timelines, and contribute to continuous improvement of export processes and cost control.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Administration, International Relations, Logistics, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in Export and/or Import Operations.
• Knowledge of international logistics and customs processes.
• Experience working with customers, Market Companies, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage export operations for assigned markets, prioritization, documentation compliance, and shipment execution.
• Coordinate complete vehicle export processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer demands.
• Plan and monitor international shipments, managing bookings, timelines, and delivery performance.
• Support the commercial area, Market Companies, customers, customs brokers and logistics providers to ensure efficient operations.
• Act as the key user and specialist for Export Trade systems, supporting users, coordinating system tests, and driving improvements.
• Support compliance activities, internal and external audits.
• Monitor export-related expenses and support budgeting and cost control activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Position Purpose

Manage and coordinate export operations for finished products, ensuring compliance with customs requirements, efficient logistics and on-time delivery commitments to the assigned markets. Act as the main point of contact between Market Companies, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, helping to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the Export processes.

• Knowledge of truck and bus business operations is a plus.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Administration, International Relations, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• Experience in Export and/or Import Operations.
• Knowledge of international logistics and customs processes.
• Experience working with customers, Market Companies, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with vehicle operations, is considered an advantage.
