Scania is seeking a Segment Sales Manager – Marine based in São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil, in a hybrid role. You will own commercial growth for Scania’s Marine business across Latin America and North America, translating global strategy into regional plans and engaging with distributors, OEMs, and key industry stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.

As part of our growth ambitions, we are seeking for Segment Sales Manager – Marine to join Scania Power Solutions. Based at Scania’s site in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, Brazil, you will work in a hybrid model that combines on-site collaboration with remote work.
In this role, you will own the commercial development and profitable growth of Scania’s Marine business across Latin America and North America.
You will translate Scania’s global Marine strategy into regional business plans, commercial priorities, and targeted growth initiatives. By identifying local market opportunities and working closely with distributors, dealers, and key industry stakeholders, you will develop actionable business plans and ensure their effective execution to deliver sustainable growth and increased market share. You will also contribute to the continued development of Scania’s marine portfolio, including combustion engines, electrification solutions, and e-machines.
A key part of the challenge is to build and sustain trusted relationships across the marine value chain, including shipyards, customers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), technology partners, and other marine industry stakeholders. Through active engagement and collaboration, you will enhance Scania’s market presence, expand our network, and position Scania as the preferred partner for future marine solutions.

You are able to influence diverse stakeholders, build trusted relationships, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and translate global direction into practical regional action and measurable business outcomes.
