Venture is seeking a Program Executive in Singapore to support cost-related functions and order processing. Based at our Marsiling site, you will work with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and ensure timely deliveries.
You will handle quotation preparation, PPV claims, ECO administration, and monthly reports, while coordinating with customers and internal departments to optimize costs and performance.

We’re looking to add a Program Executive in Singapore. The position is based in our GES site at Marsiling.
As a Program Executive you will:
The responsibilities of the Program Exec covers all area of Cost related functions (Quotation to customer/ PPV claims / ECO / materials price change etc). You will also assist to process orders and fulfill customer’s requirements as well as to meet Departmental KPI targets.
The key roles and responsibilities are as below:
Perform order processing and forecast loading.
Lead NPI Projects and meeting milestones of the project delivery schedule.
Participate in Interplant Product Transfer activities.
Interact with customer on parts allocation, premium buys authorization.
Attend conference calls with customer.
Verify accuracy of purchase orders details to ensure the part number, pricing, MOQ, ship mode and request ship date are correct before SO entry.
Work with inter-departments to fulfill customer’s requirements.
Advise customer on committed ship dates and ensure on time delivery.
Prepare business reports as required.
Monitor and expedite closure for overdue AR with customer.
To issue Credit and Debit Memo and rectify inquiries from Finance.
Prepare and submission of Quotation to customer (New & existing products)
Co-ordinate & work with cross-functional departments to execute cost reduction project
Track & submission of PPV Claims to customer
Quarterly quote to customer
To manage ECO administration and response to customer on ECO impact and exposure for claim.
Prepare/Analyze data for Monthly & Quarterly invoice variances, price variances, and ICC reconciliation, follow-up on PO closure.
Analysis monthly inventory report and manage EOL inventory control
Prepare Business report on Sales, Inventory, E&O liability, PPV, AR and Margin
To meet KPI targets.
Any other duties as assigned by Program Manager.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
Bachelor degree in business / engineering
2 – 4 years relevant working experience in contract manufacturing or electronic manufacturing services
Experience in product costing and fulfillment
Good communication skill and able to liaise with customers.
