Ichor Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to drive end-to-end operations in a manufacturing environment. You will coordinate across operations, engineering, supply chain, and logistics to meet fulfillment targets and deliver programs on schedule.

The role requires 5–10+ years in program management within manufacturing, with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. PMP is a plus. This position supports growth in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, or related field.
  • 5–10+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operations-driven environments.
  • Strong end-to-end operations knowledge: planning, materials management, production workflows.
  • Experience driving schedules, managing risks, and delivering programs on time and within scope.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, changing environments and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and program management tools.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus but not required.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including operations, engineering, supply chain, and logistics to achieve fulfillment and performance targets
  • Lead cross-team problem-solving efforts to address risks, bottlenecks, and operational disruptions.
  • Assess demand trends and anticipate supply limitations, implementing proactive measures to reduce impact.
  • Track progress of projects and programs, providing structured updates on scope, cost, and timelines.
  • Optimize resource utilization across initiatives to maintain execution efficiency and operational stability.
  • Support broader business priorities through additional operational and program-related responsibilities as assigned.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
PMP certification (plus)
