Pride Global is seeking an Entry-Level Engineering Recruiter for our Campinas operation. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and interviewing engineering professionals across manufacturing disciplines to support our clients.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with strong English, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to building relationships. The position starts in September with onboarding onsite for two weeks and a hybrid work model afterward.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (or upcoming graduation) in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mechatronics, Control & Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Full professional English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building professional relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess technical backgrounds, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Review resumes and qualify candidates based on client requirements.
• Meet weekly recruiting activity goals, including candidate outreach, interviews, and pipeline development.
• Maintain accurate candidate records using recruitment systems and tools.

Engineering Recruiter (Entry-Level) | Manufacturing Division

This is an entry-level opportunity for recent Engineering graduates who are interested in transitioning into Talent Acquisition. As an Engineering Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and interviewing engineering professionals for positions within the manufacturing industry across a variety of technical disciplines.
