As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead and coordinate the enterprise sales team at Infraspeak Brazil and Latin America, focusing on Enterprise segments.
Your role involves integrating acquisition and post-sales teams to ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with our growth goals. Your mission will be to meet sales targets, develop the team, and optimize processes for scaling results.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience leading sales teams in high-growth SaaS technology companies.
- Successful track record in enterprise sales, especially in aggressive acquisition and expansion.
- Ability to develop and execute results-driven commercial strategies.
- Experience integrating marketing and sales processes, focusing on demand generation and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-making.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and inform strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, MEDDIC) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in English (preferred) and Spanish (required) to collaborate across Latin America.
- Experience with customer retention metrics like Customer Lifetime Value, CAC, and Net Revenue Retention.
