As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead and coordinate the enterprise sales team at Infraspeak Brazil and Latin America, focusing on Enterprise segments.

Your role involves integrating acquisition and post-sales teams to ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with our growth goals. Your mission will be to meet sales targets, develop the team, and optimize processes for scaling results.

What will you do?
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Enterprise segment, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
  • Lead the sales team through recruitment, training, ongoing development, and performance management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and customer success teams to create synergy in demand generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Monitor sales KPIs to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.
  • Facilitate team activities, removing obstacles to ensure effective execution.
  • Promote a high-performance, collaborative environment that encourages engagement and growth.
  • Participate in negotiations with key accounts and help define commercial strategies to increase market share.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for sales improvement.

What do we expect from you?

- Proven experience leading sales teams in high-growth SaaS technology companies.
- Successful track record in enterprise sales, especially in aggressive acquisition and expansion.
- Ability to develop and execute results-driven commercial strategies.
- Experience integrating marketing and sales processes, focusing on demand generation and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-making.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and inform strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, MEDDIC) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in English (preferred) and Spanish (required) to collaborate across Latin America.
- Experience with customer retention metrics like Customer Lifetime Value, CAC, and Net Revenue Retention.

Differentiators:
