Prima Food Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform planned preventive maintenance for utilities and air conditioning systems, source spare parts, and support plant facilities to meet safety, quality and productivity standards.

The role requires a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, with at least 2 years in food manufacturing maintenance, knowledge of GMP/HACCP, and willingness to respond to emergencies. Boiler certification is a plus.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• Min 2 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Candidates holding Class 1 Boiler cert will be an advantage.
• Willing to respond to emergency breakdowns when required.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out intensive planned Preventive Maintenance program for all Utilities.
• Draw out spare parts from storeman for machine repair/PM.
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance for Air conditioning and Utilities based on PM schedule.
• Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting and functional checks of aircond system to ensure serviceability.
• Maintain and support plant facilities and Utilities equipment to meet cost, quality and productivity standard.
• Assist in installation, modification and improvement works of utilities system.
• Duty and responsibilities to ensure all work are carried out in a safe manner, health and safety regulations.
• Conduct troubleshooting and fault analysis, simple maintenance such as filter cleaning, oil change for the utilities equipment.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
