Prima Food Pte Ltd is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

The role requires a Nitec/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics with 2+ years in food manufacturing or FMCG. Knowledge of GMP/HACCP and safety standards is essential; willingness to respond to emergencies is

Qualificações

• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP and workplace safety required.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performa preventive maintenance according to established maintenance schedule

• Carry out corrective maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment breakdowns

• Inspect, repair and maintain production machinery, packaging equipment, conveyors etc

• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions

• Support spare parts management by identifying replacement requirements and reporting low inventory
  

Requirements:

• Min Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics

• Min 2 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment

• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, food safety and workplace safety requirements

• Candidates holding Class 1 Boiler cert will be an advantage

• Willing to respond to emergency breakdowns when required
