Key job responsibilities

1. Lead finance partner for regional support on FPA and projects.
2. Perform financial modeling, provide analytical support, and validate financial and operational results of process improvements.
3. Ensure high levels of financial controls and data integrity.
4. Develop talent and encourage your team to challenge assumptions.
5. Manage and participate in finance activities across Consumer categories.
6. Candidate will be located in São Paulo.

Role Responsibilities

• Support forecast standardization and automation.
• Act as a business partner to drive regional growth decisions.
• Oversee the planning process, from assumptions alignment to data checks.
• Provide accurate financial reports.
• Identify opportunities to adopt global standards and transfer tasks to global teams.
• Develop financial skills organization-wide.
• Build talent within and outside Finance.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance, or related analytical fields.
• 5+ years in multiple finance and accounting roles.
• 6+ years applying KPIs to analysis.
• 6+ years building financial and operational reports for decision-making.
• 6+ years creating process improvements with automation.
• 6+ years participating in continuous improvement projects with measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years identifying data issues, root cause analysis, and escalation planning.
• 6+ years delivering impactful financial models and recommendations.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and experience with data mining/reporting tools and financial systems.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
