The position is part of our expanding Consumer Finance organization and is based in our Sao Paulo office. Role responsibilities include:

1. Owning the finance function for our retail business in Brazil
2. Leading a finance team supporting diverse product groups
3. Partnering with senior business leaders to deliver results
4. Using big data to identify insights and drive business change
5. Leveraging technology, including machine learning and advanced statistical modeling
6. Managing multiple projects effectively
7. Driving business strategy, implementing financial processes, and owning growth and profitability projects
8. Fostering a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
9. Problem-solving with analytical skills

Key qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
2. Experience in driving financial results
3. Fluency in English and Portuguese
4. Team leadership experience, with or without direct reports
5. Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Technology sectors in an international environment
6. Preferred: MBA or CPA
7. Strong communication skills
8. Good business judgment and instincts
