Job Description

About the Position: We are looking for a SAP CM (Credit/Claims Management) Consultant, at a Mid to Senior level, to join strategic digital transformation projects. You will be responsible for leading implementations, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring excellence in credit, dispute, and claims management processes. Your contribution will directly optimize financial cycles across global organizations. This is a primarily remote role, with opportunities to collaborate with international teams in multicultural environments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP Credit Management (CM) and Claims Management, from requirements gathering to delivery and post-go-live support
  • Design and implement robust solutions for credit checks, risk assessment, claims processing, and dispute management
  • Act as a strategic partner to business and IT teams, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing innovations for financial and credit flows
  • Ensure proper integration with SAP FSCM, SD, and other relevant components within the SAP ecosystem
  • Support key user training and provide functional assistance in productive environments, ensuring process stability and efficiency

What We Are Looking For:

  • Solid experience in SAP projects related to Credit Management or Claims Management, with active involvement in implementations and/or rollouts
  • Practical and hands-on knowledge of SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) is a strong plus
  • Proven experience interacting with business areas, translating needs into technical and functional SAP solutions
  • Fluent English is essential for communication with international stakeholders and participation in global projects
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and a strong results-oriented mindset
  • Based in Brazil, with full availability for remote work
