Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Technical Recruiter at testRigor. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities to build a skilled and diverse team. Strong communication skills will be essential in coordinating with hiring managers and candidates efficiently.
Qualifications
- Full lifecycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting skills
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination
- Experience in end-to-end recruiting processes
- Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates effectively
- Knowledge of software development and QA roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Compensation
$2,000/month + commission
