Summary

Identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent, and providing an excellent candidate experience, is the key challenge for Pismo’s Talent Acquisition team.

What You'll Do

• Lead the recruitment process for technology and product roles, ensuring high quality and adherence to SLAs.
• Use advanced English skills for daily communication, including interviewing candidates and collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, focusing on innovative recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and support role definition and recruitment strategies.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions, presenting insights to improve processes and outcomes.
• Continuously improve recruitment practices by proposing and implementing new methodologies.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Minimum Qualifications

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in English at B2 (Upper Intermediate) level.

Technical Skills:

• Experience recruiting for Tech roles.
• Experience with Data-Driven Recruitment.
• Knowledge of Interviewing Best Practices.
• Understanding of Recruitment KPIs.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Product roles.
