As the Lead Recruiter, you will serve as the central recruitment strategist across several entities within our organization:

LawVisory PLLC is a fully-remote U.S. law firm specializing in SEC legal and compliance services for Registered Investment Advisers (RIAs). We are part of a diversified group of companies under our founder and Managing Attorney, including:

  • ConsultVisory: Outsourced service provider offering:
  • Information Technology
  • Finance & Accounting Services
  • Business Administration
  • Executive Talent Solutions (external & internal recruitment)
  • C‑Visory: Recruitment and talent acquisition consultancy (you may support client-side searches here as well)
  • Proprietary Trading Desk
  • Founder’s Family Office

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Lead Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting across all entities, build high-performing talent pipelines, support the scaling of a remote-first workforce, and advise on internal hiring strategy.

Position Summary

As Lead Recruiter, you will manage recruitment initiatives across our internal entities and recruitment consultancy, C-Visory. You’ll own the candidate experience, design sourcing strategies for niche and high-skill roles (legal, finance, tech, executive), and directly support our founder and senior leadership in identifying exceptional candidates for both internal roles and client-facing executive search projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment Across Entities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for LawVisory, ConsultVisory, C-Visory, Trading Desk, and the Family Office
  • Ensure alignment between hiring needs and organizational priorities by working directly with department leads
  • Drive search strategies for executive-level, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, job boards, and external partners for candidate acquisition
  • Cultivate long-term talent pipelines for strategic future roles
  • Anticipate hiring needs based on business goals and service line expansion
  • Develop a strategic hiring calendar and recommend workforce planning solutions
  • Advise leadership on internal promotions, succession planning, and team structuring

4. Client-Facing Recruitment (C-Visory Support)

  • Lead or assist in executive searches for external clients under ConsultVisory’s Executive Talent Solutions unit
  • Conduct intake meetings with clients, align on role needs, and deliver high-quality candidates
  • Represent our recruitment brand with professionalism and market knowledge

5. Recruitment Operations & ATS Management

  • Oversee our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure clean, consistent candidate data
  • Maintain hiring dashboards and provide analytics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness)
  • Build recruiting SOPs, interview rubrics, and offer templates

6. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience from initial outreach to final offer
  • Build talent marketing materials, role one-pagers, and recruitment campaigns in partnership with marketing
  • Champion our remote-first culture in all candidate communications

7. Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Continuously refine recruiting processes to optimize speed, quality, and diversity
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Compliance on approvals, agreements, and onboarding
  • Provide strategic input on DEI hiring initiatives and talent retention

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across multiple industries (legal, finance, tech, executive)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience recruiting in a fully-remote or distributed organization
  • Strong track record sourcing executive and high-skill professionals (attorneys, CPAs, developers, etc.)
  • Proficient in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and hiring analytics
  • Experience coordinating with hiring managers and working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and contractor compliance a plus
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when working with sensitive hiring and compensation data
