Job Summary:

Provides guidance and support to business units in staffing, employee development, counseling, training, and performance management.

What you will do:
  • Recommend solutions to senior management regarding employee issues, recruitment, turnover, or training.
  • Administer and monitor compensation and performance evaluation programs, revising as needed.
  • Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments and suggest improvements.
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders, translating business goals into HR strategies.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount modeling.
  • Lead cross-functional HR projects with strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, influencing without direct authority.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure HR initiative effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.
Skills:
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to transmit and interpret ideas and information effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Data Gathering and Reporting: Proficiency in collecting and reporting data using appropriate tools and techniques.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pre-Advanced English.
  • Previous leadership experience.
