Job Summary
Provides customer support, resolving customer requests and consultation on enquiries related to HR administrative processes and procedures. This position contributes to operational excellence in HR by providing an excellent service experience when executing employee-facing processes, supporting all divisions in CBL Piracicaba, Belo Horizonte and São Paulo District.
What You Will Do
- Identify, assess, and implement Lean and automation strategies to enhance the Service Anniversary process. Serve as the primary point of contact for the global vendor and all key internal stakeholders, including Business Resources, Indirect Procurement, and Total Rewards.
- Revisit the local termination process to ensure it is smooth and efficient in terms of procedures, systems, and leadership execution.
- Manage fixed-term contracts, providing leadership with visibility to leverage these contracts effectively for business needs.
- Support the automation of all Business Unit HR processes related to the employee life cycle, including hiring, onboarding, job changes, HR budgeting, Hourly Gain Sharing, and benefits administration (cafeteria, employee transportation, Christmas basket).
- Develops expertise across HR operational process areas and supports the identification, assessment, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
What You Have - Skills
- Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.
- Information Capture: Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner.
- Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Intermediate English
- Capability of develop and implement Office 365 tools, such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, etc.
- Knowledge of Lean and 6Sigma methodologies.

- Pre-Advanced English.
- Data analytics, Automation and Programing languages (SQL, Python, etc) would be a plus.
