Job description

We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage and support our employee benefits programs.

Main responsibilities

1. Perform processes of inclusion, exclusion, and maintenance of benefits in internal systems and with suppliers (medical, dental, meal/voucher allowances, life insurance, among others);
2. Serve as a point of contact for clarifying doubts about benefits and assisting employees;
3. Support internal communication regarding benefits, health and wellness campaigns, and quality of life initiatives;
4. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies;
5. Support continuous improvement processes and analyze departmental indicators.

Requirements and skills

• Previous experience in benefits administration routines in medium or large companies (preferably in the technology sector);
• Knowledge of labor legislation related to corporate benefits;
• Good interpersonal communication, organization, and process-oriented vision;
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills;
• Knowledge of SAP (preferably HCM module) is desirable.
