Sibelco Group in Analândia, Brazil is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee the cluster’s plants and drive the company’s operational and growth strategy regionally.

You will lead all operational activities, co-own the cluster P&L, implement continuous improvement programs, and build organizational capability across Finance, HR, and Procurement while upholding Safety as a non-negotiable value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Production, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or related fields).
• Strong leadership experience in industrial or mining operations, preferably within multinational companies.
• Proven experience managing P&L, operational KPIs, HSE performance and cost efficiency.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural and matrix-based environment.
• Availability for travel.
• Genuine commitment to Safety as a non-negotiable value.
• Leadership grounded in respect, integrity and accountability.
• Ownership mindset and drive for excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all operational activities across the cluster, ensuring compliance with global HSE, quality and sustainability standards.
• Act as co-owner of the cluster P&L, delivering financial and operational results aligned with the strategic plan.
• Implement operational and growth initiatives, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Define organizational structure and staffing needs for Operations and Business Services Teams (Finance, HR, Procurement).
• Develop people capabilities, succession planning and career progression within the cluster.
• Partner with Business Services to ensure effective execution of shared processes.
• Co-lead the Cluster Performance Triangle Meetings with the Cluster Commercial Director.
• Provide strategic mining support to the VP SAM, contributing to mining economics assessments and decisions on mine development.

Your Impact in This Role

As part of the Operations Team you will be , responsible for leading the overall operations of the cluster’s plants and ensuring the implementation of Sibelco’s operational and growth strategy in the region.
