SCR-Sibelco N.V. in Analândia is seeking a Tax Analyst within the BST FIN to oversee finance matters, budgeting, and HR responsibilities for the cluster.

The role partners with the Director Operations and Director Commercial to drive performance while coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and time/attendance for the cluster and non-managerial roles. You will manage product costing, inventory accounting, CAPEX processes, and end-to-end reporting, including procurement support and supplier

Qualificações

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR or Law preferred.
• Master's degree or equivalent by experience is a plus.
• Experience as HR generalist or HR manager is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform finance and HR-related tasks for the cluster.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and time/attendance tracking.
• Coordinate budgeting, CAPEX, cost accounting and reporting.

Together, we can shape the future.Job Description:Role Purpose:Within the BST, this role is accountable for the Finance matters belonging to the clusterThis role is accountable for the financial controlling activities, working closely with the Manager Business Services to provide him/her all relevant insights and documents the Manager needs to partner with the Director Operations Cluster and Director Commercial Cluster in driving the cluster performanceBesides Finance, this role is also accountable for the HR function within the cluster, including assisting the management team of the cluster in recruitment and onboarding of new talent, managing engagement & development and time & attendance (incl. absence tracking)As Finance expert within the BST, this role is involved into the different cluster performance topics such as building the cluster budget, product costing, defining CAPEX envelop and monitoring & reporting on investments. In addition, this role is a true multitasker, also assisting the business in the transactional procurement.Responsibilities:Perform and deliver product cost planning, analysis and reporting.Perform and deliver inventory accountingSet up and deliver cluster budget and forecastDrive and deliver period end-closing analysis and reportingFollowing up end-to-end CAPEX process, including financial justification calculation and post investment reviewCoordinates recruitment process in accordance with Sibelco Group Recruitment policies for all non-managerial roles for the clusterManage and facilitate recruitment of the manager roles for the countryOrganize and execute onboarding (incl. IT onboarding ticket) for all new employees and contingent workers (all levels) starting within the Cluster, and offboarding processesOrganize exit interview with the appropriate person as per Sibelco termination processTakes responsibility for implementing and coordinating performance management processes in the clusterAct as primary contact for the workers in the cluster on HR related matters.Generate and request Purchase orders for goods and services required by the business in the clusterNegotiate supplier contracts for small value purchases and execute accordingly, assuring all is done in compliance with Sibelco procurement policies and proceduresAbout you:Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR or Law, master degree preferred or equivalent by experiencePrior experience as an HR generalist or HR managerExperience in union & employee relations in the countryEnglish– proficient verbal & writingLocal language of the country of base and main operations – proficient verbal & writingOther languages are an assetEmployee Type:PermanentWhy Join Us?Sibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
